How Aiim handles your data.

Last updated August 14, 2026. Aiim designs, builds, and manages websites and marketing for local businesses. This policy explains what we collect when you contact us or become a client, how we use it, and how you can review or delete it.

Data We Collect

When you request a free preview or reach out, we collect the contact details you provide — name, email, phone, company name, and any current website URL. When you become a client, we also collect the project materials you share (logos, images, copy, brand assets, and existing site content) and the billing details needed to process payment.

How We Use Data

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, build your website preview, design and launch your site, deliver ongoing marketing and care services, process payments, send transactional emails, and provide support.

Websites & Analytics We Manage

For sites we build, host, or manage, we may process standard visitor analytics (such as page views and referral sources) on your behalf to report on performance and improve results. We do not sell your data or your customers' data.

Service Providers

We rely on a small set of trusted providers to operate: Supabase for storage, Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email, Vercel for hosting, and Google (Analytics and Search Console) for site performance. These providers process data only as needed to deliver our services.

Retention

We retain client, project, billing, and communication records for as long as needed to provide our services, support you, and meet payment, tax, and legal obligations. Deletion requests are reviewed manually so required records are handled appropriately.

Your Choices

You can request review or deletion of your data at any time using the delete-my-data form. We may ask for enough information to verify the request, such as the email you contacted us with.
