How Aiim handles customer and ad intelligence data.

Last updated May 8, 2026. This policy describes the data collected for one-time competitor ad intelligence reports and how customers can ask us to review or delete it.

Data We Collect

We collect checkout details, customer contact details, brief submissions, competitor Meta Ad Library URLs, report preferences, generated report outputs, QA notes, email delivery logs, and payment identifiers needed to fulfill and support your order. We also store scraped public ad metadata returned by the workflow, including source ad position.

How We Use Data

We use this information to process payment, collect your brief, analyze public competitor ads, create your report, perform internal QA, send transactional emails, handle refunds, and respond to support or deletion requests.

Public Competitor Ad Data

Reports may include public ad metadata from third-party ad libraries or automation providers. Source rank is preserved as `raw_ads.ad_position` so customers can understand where an ad appeared in the scrape bucket. We do not present that rank as a guaranteed performance claim.

Service Providers

The MVP uses Supabase for storage, Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email, Vercel for hosting, and n8n/automation workflows for report processing. These providers process data only as needed to operate the service.

Retention

We retain order, report, audit, and email log records for as long as needed to provide the report, support customers, prevent abuse, and maintain payment and compliance records. Deletion requests are reviewed manually so required payment, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal records are handled appropriately.

Your Choices

You can request deletion or review of your customer data using the delete-my-data form. We may ask for enough information to verify the request, such as your order ID or checkout email.
