In 2019, Devon Sanchez fired up a six-barrel brewhouse in Palm Desert with a simple idea: fresh, characterful beer that tastes like where it's made. No pretense, no velvet rope — just a comfortable, casual place where all are welcome.

Seven years on, that idea has grown into two Coachella Valley taprooms, a rotating board of fifteen originals, and a cicerone-certified team that actually loves talking you through the pour. Kettle sours, hazy IPAs, crisp lagers, hand-crafted sodas and nitro cold brew — there's a glass here for everyone, beer drinker or not.
